Traveler, sailor, pilot, biker, teacher, therapist, carpenter and artist represent just a few of the activities that Bruce has encompassed during his life. He has worked in a broad spectrum of industries giving him an appreciation for the dynamics of both large and small corporations. He has started at the bottom and worked his way up through management in many of these businesses. He has trained managers on customer service and employee relations, been an educator working in regular and special education classrooms, and been a therapist for individuals, families, and groups. He has worked in substance abuse recovery, and with severely abused individuals, and has seen the beauty and majesty of the human spirit as it has been set free from the trauma and darkness of abuse and drugs. It is the joy of seeing others discover their own beautiful light that has inspired him to create Pick Me Up.
