Our communities are filled with organizations, foundations, programs and groups of people who offer so much. Local or national, people have come together to fill very important needs and roles in our communities. Whether rendering humanitarian aid and assistance, or offering programs or services that help strengthen individuals or bring communities together in positive, constructive ways. Our Power of Community department is about these people who are helping people to make a difference and strengthen our towns and cities across the globe.

So often we hear about the negative side of law enforcement, crime and tragedy, but we just know that there are moments where our public servant personnel shine - stories of courage, life-saving incidents, or when they’ve just been there for people to lend a helping hand. This section is for the stories that are rarely heard above the noise of media sensationalism and negative press. We all need to hear the good stuff. After all, the more public servants are recognized for the positive work that they do, the more likely they are to engage in serving positively!
